A: Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. But the sample charge for custom design. The sample charge is refundable when is up to certain quantity, we usually send sample by express like FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight to our Paypal, we will ship with our account, it takes about 2-4 days reach.
Q: How long is lead time of sample?
A: For existing samples. It takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70%
against copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
