On Sales:We will track the order to ensure on-time delivery and assure quality.In our factory,each process has a fixed inspector, some specific processes have 100% full inspection.

After sales:When receiving customer complaints ,We have to identify the reason within 8 hours. Provide the reason/ treatment measures / prevention plan to the customer within 24 hours. Customer satisfaction is our greatest pursuit !
